My repair technician, Denis Shevtsov, was first rate. He arrived on time and was very thorough in ascertaining the problem with my gas stovetop range. Excellent skill and service! Denis is reliable and honest. He took apart our 25 year old washing machine, found the problem, repaired it, and reassembled the machine quickly and skillfully! He made it look easy. I'd say he's a Master technician. We have had him out for three separate service calls and will always call him for repairs. His pricing is very fair.
