Denis replaced a broken part within my LG refrigerator. He was amazing!! He arrived and immediately knew what the problem was. He had me send him a photo and model # the night before. He did his homework before arriving. His charges very fair for amount of work and had the replacement part with him. Very knowledgeable, cleaned up afterwards. I called him on Friday night. He was at my house at 9:00 am on Saturday. I will definitely be using him from now on!!
Thought I would have a quiet President's Day. Had to call Fix Time to repair the dryer. Best decision I could have made. Denis was outstanding. Not only did he diagnose and repair the dryer in a short amount of time. He then went above and beyond and checked out the other appliances. Can't thank him enough as there was a water leak in the refrigerator. Nice catch Denis. You are now our go-to person for any problem in the future.
My repair technician, Denis Shevtsov, was first rate. He arrived on time and was very thorough in ascertaining the problem with my gas stovetop range. Denis ordered the necessary parts right away and came back to repair the stove as soon as the parts were delivered. Denis was extremely polite and professional in explaining what he did and making sure the cooktop was working well once he finished the repair. Very grateful for the excellent service!
Excellent skill and service! Denis is reliable and honest. He took apart our 25 year old washing machine, found the problem, repaired it, and reassembled the machine quickly and skillfully! He made it look easy. I'd say he's a Master technician. We have had him out for three separate service calls and will always call him for repairs. His pricing is very fair. He returns texts / calls asap. He gets the job done right the first time!
